Tom Barcikowski is a real estate broker licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Tom has a background of broad experience including advisory involvement in investment properties, transactions including construction scope, commercial financing, and advising on development projects.

Tom brings over five years of experience in the Boston real estate market and understands the ever-changing dynamics of neighborhoods within the Boston neighborhoods as well as in the North Shore area. He has been living in the Greater Boston area his whole life and has lived in various neighborhoods within the city of Boston.

His knowledge and experience of the Boston market will ensure that every customer has a smooth and easy transaction. His responsibilities include representing buyers, owners, investors, and tenants. Tom’s specialty includes working with investor clients, first-time home buyers, homeowners seeking to sell their home, and luxury rental properties.

As a real estate investor himself with several properties in his personal portfolio Tom understands the needs of many of his investor clients. Tom often provides his past and present clients access to his vast network of vendors such as attorneys, accountants, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, painters, and more.

Tom graduated cum laude from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business and holds a B.S.B.A with a concentration in finance.
